HIGH-QUALITY SINTERING SAND
Jeehoo roofing tile is coated with sintering sand. The sintering colored sand is sintered at a high temperature above 500 degrees Celsius, which can ensure that the colored sand has a uniform color and does not fade for a long time. Sintering sands have excellent performance for weather resistance and against the extreme UV. It could guarantee 100% fadeless.
 
ALUMINUM ZINC STEEL PLATE
Coating composition is 55% aluminum in weight ratio (80% surface volume ratio), 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. All Jeehoo roof products are manufactured from alu-zinc steel which has shown in tests to last 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel roofing products. This is achieved by protecting the steel core with zinc, which is itself protected by an aluminum barrier.
 
HIGH-QUALITY ACRYLIC RESIN
Jeehoo Acrylic resin glue has strong sticky strength and good weather-resistance after cohere. Use the acrylic resin super glue will make the stone granule stick firmly on the aluminum-zinc steel plate.
